HER STORY

She didn't start
from confidence.

She was someone who doubted herself deeply. Who struggled through her teens and twenties without feeling at home in her own body or her own life. The tension was invisible. The exhaustion was real.

Fourteen years ago, through dance, somatics, psychology, yoga, and leadership work, something shifted.

She began to understand that the thoughts and emotions we carry don't just live in our heads — they live in our posture, our breath, our cycles, our pain. The body is not the enemy. It's been speaking the whole time.

Today, she guides women through the same path she had to find herself.
